FSR welcomes conservation intern from Queens University

Queen’s Paintings Conservation Intern, Aimie Turcotte

The Fraser Spafford Ricci lab has been selected to receive paintings conservation intern, Aimie Turcotte, from the Queen’s University Master’s Degree Program.

Aimie Turcotte holds a Bachelor of Art History with a minor in Fine Arts from Bishop’s University (Sherbrooke, QC). She has completed her first year of study in the Master of Art Conservation (MAC) degree with a specialization in paintings from Queen’s University (Kingston, ON); Aimie is also receiving a theoretical concentration in paper conservation. Aimie has also worked for Cosner Fine Art Auction (Montreal, QC) and is interested in working in the conservation of Canadian paintings.
